Bench Knife

This traditional, general purpose bench knife features a polished carbon steel blade attached to a beautiful hardwood handle.  Both blade and handle can be used as is, or re-shaped to suit the users needs.

Hock Carving Knife

The blades of these comfortable carving knives are made from high carbon steel, hardened to Rc62. Easy to hone to the sharpest possible edge. Handles are bubinga with nothing more than an oil finish. Made by Hock Tools.
