Tool Sets

These sets of bench chisels are a good place for beginners to start, but experienced woodworkers will also be glad to add these professional quality tools to their collection. Carefully forged blades are skillfully heat treated in an immersion bath method to achieve a Rockwell hardness of 61C. This means that sharpening the chisels may take a few extra minutes to sharpen, but they will hold an edge significantly longer than almost any other chisels! After heat treating, the blades are polished to a rich finish that makes them a joy to use.

These are a great starter sets for the beginning carver.  The carving tools are a scaled down version of the Two Cherries full size tools (about 8″ overall length compared to the 10″ length of the full size tools) and are perfect for detail work and smaller carvings. The carving tools and knives in these sets are hand forged, top quality tools designed for a wide variety of carving projects.  The kits include a sharpening stone.

Our ten piece knife set contains all of the  tools essential for general carving and chip carving projects.  These Two Cherries Brand tools are hand forged from quality German steel then hardened and tempered to 61Rc (Rockwell scale.)  This means that these knives will take and hold the sharpest edge possible.  The blades are expertly shaped and ground and each knife is polished to a mirror finish.

Note:  Knives require honing before use.
