Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please send it to the return address on the shipping label, c/o Diefenbacher Tools Returns Dept., within 30 days of receiving the order. Please include a copy of the invoice or a note with your order number on it. We will issue you a refund for the price of the item as soon as we receive it. Return shipping will not be covered unless there is a defect in the item.
If the item you received is damaged or defective, or if you would like to make an exchange, please call 720-502-6687 or email us. We will arrange for the replacement to be sent. We cannot make an exchange for a tool which has been reground.
Local Pickup
If you live in the Denver, CO area and would like to pick up your order in person, please select “local pickup” as your shipping option when you check out, and call 720-502-6687 or email us to arrange a time for the pickup. We will not ship an order that has been marked “local pickup.”
Signature Required
To prevent package theft, we recommend that you choose a “signature required” shipping method for orders over $150. If no one is home when the package is delivered, it will be held at the post office located in your Zip code. In this case you can either pick it up at the post office or arrange to have it delivered at a better time. You can schedule a mail redelivery online here. Missing Package Policy
If you think your package may be lost, the first place to contact is your local post office. Sometimes packages that seem to be missing are just being held at the post office or have run into a delay. If you still are unable to find the package, please contact us and we’ll try to locate it.
If your package is marked “delivered” on the USPS tracking page but you never received it, it is possible that it was delivered to the wrong address. Your local post office may be able to find out if this is the case. If not, it is considered stolen, and we cannot provide a replacement.
