If you wish to return an item, please send it to the return address on the shipping label, c/o Diefenbacher Tools Returns Dept., within 30 days of receiving the order. Please include a copy of the invoice or a note with your order number on it. We will issue you a refund for the price of the item as soon as we receive it.
If the item you received is damaged or defective, or if you would like to make an exchange, please call 720-502-6687 or email us. We cannot make an exchange for a tool which has been reground.
If you live in the Denver, CO area and would like to pick up your order in person, please select “local pickup” as your shipping option when you check out, and call 720-502-6687 or email us to arrange a time for the pickup. We will not ship an order that has been marked “local pickup.”
We do what we can to prevent package theft on large orders. For this reason, any order sent to a home address with a value over $200 will require a signature for delivery. If no one is home when the package is delivered, it will be held at the post office located in your Zip code. You will need to either pick it up at the post office or arrange to have it delivered at a better time. You can schedule a mail redelivery online here.
