Ibex Violin Makers Planes are the finest available. Designed by luthier Irving Sloane, they are cast in silicon bronze and feature a convex bottom designed for easy shaping of curved surfaces. The large thumbscrew allows quick and secure adjustment of the chrome vanadium steel blade. Bottom curvature is both front to back and side to side. Made in the U.S.
